Window cleaning and pressure washing technician

We are hiring a Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Technician to join our exterior cleaning team. This position involves traveling to residential and commercial job sites around Spokane and Kootenai county and helping complete professional exterior cleaning services.

No experience is required. Training, equipment, and clear systems are provided. We are looking for someone reliable, professional, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Window cleaning using squeegee and water-fed pole methods
• Pressure washing driveways, patios, walkways, walls, and exterior surfaces
• Gutter cleaning
• Solar panel cleaning
• Roof washing and soft washing
• Setting up and breaking down equipment
• Keeping job sites clean and organized
• Communicating professionally with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to Spokane Valley
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Comfortable working on ladders after training
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Able to communicate with customers and team members

Schedule:

• 35–40 hours per week depending on workload and performance
• Most jobs are daytime
• Some early morning or weekend work may be available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
